We hold clients’ data for a period of five years or for whatever period may be required in terms of prudently carrying out their instructions and in accordance with statutory requirements.

We routinely share clients’ information with:

• Service providers and Government/Court agencies necessary to advance clients’ instructions, e.g. in the case of conveyancing, searchers and Registers of Scotland.
