We hold clients’ data for a period of 5 years or for whatever period may be required in terms of prudently carrying out their instructions and in terms of statute
Who we share this information with
We routinely share clients’ information with:
• service providers and Government/Court agencies necessary to advance the clients’ instructions – e.g in the case of conveyancing, the searchers and Registers of Scotland
